Job Responsibilities:

- Interface with customer / client
- Evaluate high level & detailed design, and architecture
- Application sizing, effort estimation, scheduling and project
planning using Project Management tools
- Define project team organization, allocate, execute project
assignments and monitor tasks assigned to team members
- Ability to lead and motivate high potential project teams to ensure
timeliness and quality of deliverables is a must
- Support pre-sales and business development activities

Technical Skills Required:

- Experience in PLM packages Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia (PDM, PLM, cPDM, UGS, Teamcenter Enterprise, Teamcenter Engineering, NX IMAN, Metaphase, Dassault, Enovia, VPM, LCA, eMatrix, PTC, Windchill, PDMLink)
- Experience in the life cycle stages of the projects like
Requirements Analysis, Design, Build and Deployment
- Proven project lead expertise & excellent communication skills
- Exposure to pre-sales and proposal making activities in a similar
role essential
- Strong written & verbal communication skills, analytical skills are
required in order to effectively work with the clients throughout
the process
- 6 to 10 years of relevant work experience required

- Should have high standard of verbal and written communications
skills
- Strong analytical skills, incident and problem solving skills.
- Customer service focused, e.g. attentive to end-user needs, work
with due urgency, attention to detail.
- Good presentation, communication and influencing skills

Education:

Bachelor's Degree a must and Master's a plus
