PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Senior Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP products to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. A demonstrated resource to other consultants, the ability to lead teams, execute across application areas (i.e. FI, SD, MM, PP, HR, etc.), and delivers utilization rates above expectations and charge rates commensurate w/ market & peer revenue realization.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP product, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients. Assists in the development of the overall project plan (scoping process) as well as individual work plans. Acts as liason with client for troubleshooting: investigates, analyses, and solves software problems.
Analyzes and maps clients business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
Maintains/expands client list & builds credible relationships w/ clients, develops own professional learning of SAP products/technologies and solutions to both clients and fellow colleagues.
Assists in internal activities - hotline, remote consulting, presales, SAPPHIRE , prepares training materials, teach on-site courses and provide mentoring/support to less experienced colleagues.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Requires 10+ years professional experience, and 7+ years of SAP product application/implementation experience.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Bachelors Degree/Masters preferred
