Primary Qualifications (candidate must possess to be considered):

US Citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check
4 years experience in a PLM delivery role within an ERP environment.
Configuration experience in Siemens UGS Teamcenter Engineering, Enterprise and/or Unified Architecture applications
Experience integrating Siemens UGS Teamcenter with ERP packages (Ideally IFS, ClickCommerce (Xelus) and Oracle 11i)

Secondary Qualifications (candidate preferred):

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior working experience with the Department of Defense*s logistics systems desirable
Good analytical and problem solving skills for design, creation, testing.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
Proven capability to deliver complex Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions in an Enterprise environment.
Proven capability to deliver a PLM solution.
Experience working in an SCM-Logistics environment.
Strong leadership skills.
Must be able to plan and lead Blueprinting Workshops
Desirable to have a working knowledge of the Supply Chain Operational Reference (SCOR) model
Desirable to have a working knowledge of the Design Chain Operational Reference (DCOR) model
Desirable to be CMII knowledgeable or certified
Principal Duties and Essential Functions:
Identifies and solves PLM functional area issues, designs business area solutions, develops conceptual business models, translates functional and business requirements into technical requirements, and provides guidance and support to the design and implementation of enterprise application solution sets using Siemens UGS Teamcenter.
Provides guidance, communication, and understanding for best practices with development and delivery using PLM solutions.
Provides AF guidance to facilitate PLM solution execution in a Siemens UGS Teamcenter enterprise environment.
Executes integrity and leadership skills as liaison between AF and ECSS team.
Defines future state processes within the PLM area (such as CAD & technical order authoring, requirements management, systems engineering and project management) and creates business process models.
Defines data transformation requirements.
Defines integration architecture with other solution elements (MRO/APS/ERP).
Utilizes knowledge base to create conceptual business models and displays subject matter expertise with identifying relevant issues, constraints, and considerations involving PLM applications within an ERP environment.
Leads other personnel by providing work direction and guidance to meet all project objectives and operating deadlines.
Plan and lead Blueprinting workshops.
Develop and document functionality gaps Siemens UGS Teamcenter product as applicable.
Define future state processes within the PLM area
Assist with defining methods of assembling product configuration data from multiple sources
Configure Siemens UGS Teamcenter Unified Architecture application to support AF business rules.
Define expected operational benefits.
Configure and test blueprinted processes in Siemens UGS Teamcenter.
Document configuration of Siemens UGS Teamcenter
Define integration architecture with other solution elements (MRO/APS/ERP).
Work with Master Data Management Process Team to maintain alignment of data needs with core ECSS in the PLM process area

Education or Years of Experience Requirements

Bachelor*s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience totaling four years of information technology with emphasis on a PLM implementation within an ERP environment.
