PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Applications Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP products to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. A demonstrated resource to other consultants, the consultant has the ability to lead teams, execute across FICO application areas, and deliver utilization rates above expectations, charging rates commensurate w/market and peer revenue realization.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Responsible primarily for the successful implementation of SAP products, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction to clients. Assist in the development of the overall project plan (scoping process) as well as individual work plans. Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigates, analyses, and solves software problems.
Analyze and map clients' business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
Maintain and expand client list and build credible relationships w/clients. Develop own professional learning of SAP products/technologies and solutions to both clients and fellow colleagues.
Assist in internal activities - hotline, remote consulting, presales, SAPPHIRE. Prepare training materials, teach on-site courses and provide mentoring/support to less experienced colleagues.

Deep expertise configuring any of the following modules: FI, CO/PA, AM, Treasury, ECCS, Flexible Real Estate

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
8+ years professional experience, 2-4+ years of SAP product application/implementation experience; OR 10-15 years professional experience with a minimum of 5 years of consulting or systems implementation management experience and 1-2+ years of SAP product application/implementation experience.
