Job Description

Customers typically require very sophisticated, multi-site, and geographically dispersed deployments. The implementations will typically be highly integrated with existing enterprise applications and exist within a complex 4-tier architecture with extraordinary security and authority models. The infrastructure strategy centers on high availability, robust external security and broad horizontal scaling requirements.

Position will entail business and technical solution delivery responsibilities for small to large PLM customer implementations. Customers will be in a Vertical or Geographic business sector. This role is responsible for translating business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for moderately complex IT solutions and integrating architecture. This typically can require non-standard system integrations, extensive data migration, legacy system integration and retirement, multiple computer environments, and significant business process re-engineering.
Job responsibilities

Requirements and Essential Functions:
• BS or MS in Engineering or Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience with at least one year of Siemens PLM Teamcenter Product or related PLM (Matrixone, Agile, PTC, Dassault, etc..) experience; preferable in an implementation and customization role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of individuals in a wide range of situations which usually requires tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
• Well-developed organization / time management skills.
• Ability to multi task, prioritize and escalate tasks appropriately.
• A high level of organization and confidence in ones own ability to handle difficult customer issues to work toward resolution of ultimate customer satisfaction.
• Strong teaming/negotiating skills required to interact with diverse customers and Siemens teams of approximately 25 to 100 (combined Siemens/Customer) resources.
• Must be able to travel up to 70% on occasion.
