The BearingPoint Public Services Team is currently searching for a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Integration Consultant.

Performance Profile:

  • Determine the business and technical requirements for the integration of Teamcenter across the client Acquisition Programs.
  • Design the business and technical architecture for the integration of client owned Teamcenter with OEM systems.
  • A typical engagement cycle for the integration services role is to help the core implementation team identify business, data, and technical interface to the implemented system, define the critical integrations, assist in the design, development, test, and deployment phases of system roll out.
  • Beyond the deliver of integration service to client PLM project the integration service SME will participate in identifying and qualifying additional opportunities to connect engineering and manufacturing systems to financial and back office systems to provide integrated IT System(s) for Transformed Enterprise(s).
  • Ideas, suggestions, and recommendations are presented though emails, reports and working group meetings.

Position-specific Requirements:

  • 1 to 2+ Years experience in the following:
– Product Lifecycle Management (Teamcenter, Oracle, or Agile) – Bill-Of-Material (BOM) Configuration Management
  • Candidates must have been through one or preferable multiple full project lifecycle implementations.
  • Must have bachelor degree (minimum).
  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain Clearance is required.

Position-specific Desired Skills:

  • Integration of Teamcenter Software Experience
  • Industry experience in the following is preferred:
  • – Aerospace, DoD, Air Force, Discrete Manufacturing
  • Certifications in the following is preferred:
  • – Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, SCOR, DCOR, CMII, Systems Engineering/Logistics Engineering
  • Functional experience in:
– Supply Chain Management (Supply/Inventory Management, Logistics/Distribution, Maintenance/Repair, Manufacturing) – Systems Engineering/Logistics Engineering
  • General application experience and knowledge in any of the following:
– Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) – Click is a preferred tool – Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) – Oracle is a preferred tool – Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) – IFS is a preferred tool
  • General knowledge in the following is a plus:
  • – DoDAF artifacts, BEA 3.1, Service-Oriented Architectures [SOA], Defense Acquisition
  • Having a graduate degree is a plus.

Logistics:

Between 25% to 100% Travel will be required
