Client needs user support (deployment/maintenance)
Key support requirement:
To use product, item functionality Application Engineer must support users
with teamcenter, manage custom procedures to upload data in teamcenter from legacy solutions. Customer has deployed / developed solution that allows to update in teamcenter from legacy. Migration procedure / rampup of deployment is ongoing. Some carryover data will be migrated using these tools for new projects.
